Work with Me
about Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay Morgia, founder of The Data Coach.

I spent 15 years in the nonprofit and public sectors, and in that time I realized my strengths lie in collecting and analyzing data for problem-solving. Now, I bring these experiences, values, and research skills to nonprofits and fellow consultants on projects like strategic planning, needs assessments, and cultural assessments.

I believe in:

Collaboration: You are the authority on your organization’s mission and goals. My role is to partner with you to make your data work for your needs, not force your organization to do what everyone else is doing.
Inclusivity: I work with clients to prioritize the voices of the people who are most impacted by an issue, a program, a policy, or a decision.
Transparency: I clearly explain what I do and why as a way to build trust, and I guide my clients to ensure they do the same for their stakeholders.
